Positioned right on Piccadilly Circus, Myo is a sanctuary of calm perched above one of London’s most lively corners. Spanning the first and second floors of the building, these new Piccadilly offices and workspaces offer a best-in-class design and interiors made to inspire.

Bright and airy offices allow people to take in the inspiring cityscape, especially on the 20 outdoor terraces. From extensive cycle storage and a dedicated cyclist entrance to first class changing facilities, Lucent is built around health and wellbeing.  

Lucent is located in a hotbed of culture, retail, food and fashion – a short stroll from Michelin-starred dining, vibrant street stalls and high-end art galleries. Lucent is also on the doorstep of Piccadilly Circus Underground Station and only a short walk to Charing Cross, Leicester Square, Oxford Circus, Green Park and Bond Street, making trips across the city and further afield easy and accessible.

Designed with the natural world at its core

Based on the insight that being close to nature boosts productivity, mental health and creativity, Lucent is designed with the natural world at its core. Featuring outdoor spaces on every level and a green wall that climbs three storeys high, Lucent is filled with over 200 species of wildlife friendly plants, ensuring that biodiversity is at the heart of this building’s ethos.

Lucent has big ambitions, with a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating in its design stage, as well as targeting a WELL gold standard and NABERS 4.5*. This will be achieved through 100% renewable electricity powering the building, as well as the use of air source heat pumps, leading to an EPC B rating.
