With a choice of offices from 225 to 1,700 sq. ft. and configurable space up to 2,000 sq. ft. we can comfortably serve businesses from 1 to 40 employees. Unfurnished offices can be rented from as little as 3 months, so if circumstances change you’re not locked in for longer.
Facilities include covered office parking, bike storage and on-site storage, with low-cost storage unit sizes to rent from 10 to 10,000 sq. ft. The property has 24-hour CCTV and reception staff are available during store opening hours. Offices are securely accessed via PIN code entry and you have 24-hour access which is very handy if you work evenings or flexi-hours. All our offices are clean, heated and carpeted, with access to kitchen and toilet facilities. Hands, face, space COVID-19 guidelines are followed on site.
Our helpful reception staff are on hand Monday – Friday 08.30 - 18.00, Saturday 08.30 - 17.00 and Sunday 10.00 - 16.00.
