The Connolly Works is a flexible workspace in Kings Cross set within a beautiful warehouse packed with British history. Once occupied by Connolly Leather, leather goods were produced for famous British car manufacturers including Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin and Jaguar. It also featured in the Concorde, Spitfire and House of Commons as well as the desks supplied for the nearby British Library (#funfacts).

The workplace is situated in between Kings Cross and Euston stations and within London’s globally recognised Knowledge Quarter. It comprises of office accommodation across 17,070sqft across lower ground, ground and three upper floors and features breakout space, meeting rooms, a gym, pool table and roof terrace with presentation screen. Natural light floods the upper floors and each office has AC. Some offices also have desktops available and AV installed.  There are also showers and bike racks making this workspace cyclist friendly and dog-friendly.
