FORA - Victoria Location
An Art Deco inspired sanctuary that provides a retreat from the bustle of Victoria Station below.
Distinctive by design
Designed by TOG in collaboration with architectural studio Shed, Belle House is a throwback to the golden age of rail travel with opulent detailing, rich colours and luxurious materials such as Bolivian rosewood parquet.
Belle House is part of an innovative collaboration with Network Rail creating modern, flexible work spaces in some of the UK’s most connected stations.
Rich history
The belle epoch of European travel is honoured with a contemporary take on Art Deco, combining modern furniture and fittings with heritage moments – such as the Orient Express inspired windows that look out across the Station.
Global talent
Shed architectural studio have worked with TOG on a number of projects, from 2 Angel Square to 24 Greville Street, and bring their trademark combination of commercial function and creative flair to the space. They created symmetry, colour and big patterns to make this a bold and contemporary yet peaceful place to work.
Statement design
Victoria Station was a monument to the age of steam, providing quick connections to the seaside resort of Brighton and the innovative cultural quarter of Crystal Palace. The arched wrought iron roof is still one of the finest examples of Sir John Fowler’s engineering.
Connected location
Just moments from the platforms of Victoria’s concourse, Belle House represents the epitome of flexible working and convenient commuting. With its entrance right next to Platform 1, you’re out of the busy flow of foot traffic and inside this calm, focused Work Space within seconds of stepping off your train or exiting the tube.
