In order to meet the needs of various activities, our workspaces are designed to be versatile. Fresh air filtration and time-adaptive lighting are a part of Paddington Works’ health-conscious features.

One of our aims is to provide a comfortable living & working environment for members and guests. Spaces are divided up into clusters to allow small communities to form within Paddington Works.

Each cluster has meeting rooms and breakout spaces, organised around a kitchen and social spaces.

Compared to typical buildings, our air circulation system includes anti-viral filtration that brings 25 per cent more fresh air into our building.

By utilising intelligent LEDs, we can adjust our lighting system’s colour temperature throughout the day, in coordination with your body’s circadian rhythm.

All our meeting rooms capture natural daylight and are designed to stimulate and encourage the creation of great ideas. We offer flexible bookings with full, half day, hourly rates and a range of catering options.

Choose between four available studios: LIVE, CONTROL, RHODES and EDIT (with the option to connect one or more of these rooms into a suite of spaces). Ideal for podcasters, voice-over artists, visual editors, videographers, sound designers, producers, artists and engineers.

Each room features circadian lighting, soundproofing, industry-leading equipment, and antiviral air circulation systems that eliminate 99.97% of airborne viruses in seconds and filters clean air into the studios every 18 minutes.

Health & well-being is at the heart of our environment with fresh, filtered airflow and localised air-con. Circadian lighting is tuned to your natural body clock and HÅG chairs enhance your posture and comfort.

Our studios offer electronic smart desks that allow you to stand or sit with integrated wireless mobile charging, cable management and a soft-touch surface. There is concealed ambient illumination and a VIPP anglepoise lamp to enable bespoke lighting to match your needs.
