The building also features additional lounge space, a roof garden, shared meeting rooms and phone booths, as well as barista-style bean-to-cup coffee machines.

What's Included

Our licence agreements include a recurring monthly fee that covers the following:

- Building Costs: Rent, business rates, utilities, stock, cleaning, meeting rooms, coffee machines, etc.
- Internet: Full fibre 1GB internet with a dedicated server rack per floor.
- Furnishings: Fully furnished offices including a private kitchen with a strong focus on design.
- Climate Control: Air conditioning.
- Facilities: Showers and a roof garden.
