The office is located in a tranquil courtyard setting, just 600 meters from the Elizabeth Line entrance at Liverpool Street Station. Moorgate, Shoreditch High Street, and Old Street Stations are also less than a ten-minute walk away. In addition to excellent transport links, the area offers a variety of dining options, ranging from lunchtime street food to Michelin-starred restaurants.

The current tenant’s lease expires in November, after which the landlords will begin various refurbishment works. Before November, new or incoming tenants have the opportunity to provide input on these works and select furnishings. This could include adjustments to the number of meeting rooms, phone booths, kitchen upgrades, and choices regarding furniture, such as the number of workstations and amenity spaces.

Upon the Shoreditch Estate, we provide a Zayo Tier-1 fibre connection for all our managed offices.  This is one of the highest-quality carriers in the country for leased line. Generally, 100 Mbps on Zayo would be better quality than say a 200 Mbps connection of standard street broadband. Our standard offering is 100 Mbps but upgrade options are available on all lettings.
